Problem

For \(C~=~5t~+~10\), \(t\) is the number of tickets and \(C\) is cost in dollars. The horizontal axis runs from \(0\) to \(6\) in \(6\) equal intervals, and the vertical axis runs from \(0\) to \(45\) in \(9\) equal intervals. Create a graph plan that labels and scales both axes and gives two points on the line.

What this problem is really about

A useful graph plan has to connect the equation’s variables to the context and to the fixed windows on both axes. We’ll place the input ticket count horizontally and the output cost vertically, calculate each interval size from its range, and substitute convenient input values to generate points.
