Explain ASA, SAS, and SSS triangle congruence criteria from rigid-motion congruence.
Use a congruence criterion before using corresponding parts
Problem
Use \(AB=DE\), \(BC=EF\), congruent included angles \(\angle~B\) and \(\angle~E\), and \(DF=11\) to prove the triangles congruent. Name the criterion, then use CPCTC to find \(AC\).
Keep this proof in two distinct phases: use only the marked givens to establish triangle congruence, then read the congruence statement position by position to identify corresponding parts. CPCTC belongs only in the second phase, where the known length can transfer across the correctly matched side pair.
