Problem

Analyze the dot plot with counts \({1:1,2:3,3:2,8:1}\) using the median-of-halves quartile convention and the \(1.5\times~IQR\) rule. Determine \(n\), median, mode, range, quartiles, \(IQR\), fences, outliers, and a distribution summary.
