Problem

A \(13\text{-}\text{meter}\) guy wire is attached to the top of a pole and anchored to the ground \(12~\text{meters}\) from the base of the pole, forming a right triangle. Use \(\text{inverse}~\text{cosine}\) to find the acute angle the wire makes with the ground. Round to the nearest tenth of a degree.
