Problem

For \(y~=~120/x\), where \(x\) is speed and \(y\) is travel time for a fixed positive distance, state the algebraic domain and range, the contextual domain and range, and the meaning of the boundary \(x~=~0\).

What this problem is really about

Keep algebraic restrictions separate from contextual ones. The reciprocal formula first excludes values that make division impossible and outputs the formula can never reach; only afterward does the travel setting retain the branch with meaningful speed and time. Finally, interpret the excluded boundary by following what happens to time as positive speed moves toward it.
