Write the least-degree monic polynomial with simple zeros \(-2\) and \(3\), and verify the zeros.

What this problem is really about

Translate each zero into a factor using x minus the zero, paying close attention to the sign. Simple zeros need one copy of each factor, which also gives the least possible degree. The word monic fixes the remaining scale at a leading coefficient of one, and substitution verifies that both specified inputs really make the product zero.
