Estimate the empirical probability from \(23~\text{successes}\) in \(100~\text{simulation}~\text{trials}\).

What this problem is really about

An empirical probability is the observed relative frequency of the event in repeated trials. Put the number of successes in the numerator and the total number of trials in the denominator, then express the quotient in the requested form. More independent trials generally reduce run-to-run fluctuation, though they cannot correct a simulation model that represents the process incorrectly.
