Identify the evidence actually reported before accepting the conclusion's verb. An observational difference establishes association, but without random assignment the groups may differ on sleep, routines, health, motivation, or other confounders that affect both variables. Replace causal wording with an association statement unless a valid randomized design supplies the missing causal support.
