Problem

In a \(30\text{-}\text{ticket}\) lottery, A owns \(8\) tickets, B owns \(10\), and C owns \(12\). Compute each person's win probability, evaluate person-level fairness, and identify the largest advantage.

Start the audit at the smallest equally likely unit: here, each ticket is one atomic chance to win. Group those units by owner and divide each owner's count by the common total. The fairness comparison is person to person, and the largest advantage comes from comparing the greatest participant probability with the smallest.
