Plain terms for using Gozunta.

Agreement and accounts

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using Gozunta, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials and recovery codes secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to use. A parent or guardian should supervise account creation and purchases when required by law.

Educational service

Gozunta provides authored math problems, answer choices, hints, written and video walkthroughs, learning sessions, similar-problem search, progress tools, and printable worksheets. Similar-problem search makes a best-effort match to Gozunta curriculum; it does not solve, grade, or guarantee an exact match for the uploaded problem. Gozunta is an independent study tool—not a school, teacher, tutoring service, or guarantee of a grade, admission result, test score, or mastery outcome. Gozunta is not affiliated with the California Department of Education, a school, or a district.

Free, trial, and paid access

Free access includes the problem selection and features shown on the current Pricing page, including written and video walkthroughs for the problems in the free set. Paid access may cover one course or all four courses and includes walkthrough videos within that course scope, as well as similar-problem search. Paid access may be offered monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Gozunta may also provide designated trials or complimentary access. The checkout or invitation screen identifies the applicable course scope, term, price, and renewal details.

Four Courses Annual and Whole Enchilada purchases include three learner seats: the purchaser’s learner account plus up to two other purchaser-managed family learner accounts. Every learner has separate credentials, sessions, setup, history, and progress and can view only the progress stored in their own account. The purchaser cannot view another family learner’s progress, but can reset that account’s password, remove it, or assign its seat to a different family learner.

Each of the two additional family learner seats may be reassigned once during each benefit year. Annual-plan benefit years follow the paid subscription years; Whole Enchilada benefit years are successive twelve-month periods beginning on the purchase anniversary. Removing a learner preserves that account and its progress but ends its inherited paid access. A later assignment uses that seat’s available reassignment for the benefit year.

We may improve or replace curriculum content, problem variants, videos, and included features over time while preserving the course scope associated with valid paid access.

Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the current paid period. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew or expire, subject to these terms and continued operation of the service.

Stripe processes web payments. Web subscriptions are managed through Gozunta’s billing controls when available. Apple processes purchases made in the iPhone and iPad app; App Store subscriptions, cancellations, and eligible refund requests are managed through Apple. Deleting the app or a Gozunta account does not by itself cancel a subscription.

Session sharing and exports

A session share code allows another signed-in learner to copy that session’s problem set and study configuration. Share codes only with people you intend to receive the session. You are responsible for how you distribute exported PDFs and for ensuring that your use of shared sessions and worksheets complies with these terms.

Acceptable use and curriculum rights

Account sharing and family learner seats are permitted only among members of a single family. Sharing an account, its credentials, or a family learner seat with friends, classmates, other families, organizations, or anyone else outside that family is prohibited and may result in suspension or cancellation of the purchaser and linked accounts. Attempts to evade the three-learner limit or annual seat-reassignment limits are also prohibited.

Do not disrupt the service; probe or bypass security or access controls; automate account creation or answers; scrape, bulk-copy, sell, publish, or redistribute the problem bank or walkthroughs; upload malicious material; or use Gozunta in violation of law.

Gozunta and its curriculum, design, software, graphics, and written material remain the property of their respective owner. Access gives you and members of your family a limited right to use the service and ordinary exported worksheets for study; it does not transfer ownership of the curriculum or software.

Availability, changes, and account closure

We may maintain, secure, improve, suspend, or change the service. We work to keep Gozunta available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may delete progress separately or request permanent account deletion. Active paid access must first be canceled or resolved so account deletion does not leave billing and entitlement records inconsistent. We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material violation of these terms.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to support@gozunta.com.
