Use ratio tables and double number lines to solve missing-value and scaling problems.

Compare represented proportional scenarios

Problem

Compare the \(\text{two}~\text{plans}\)' data after \(5~\text{days}\).

Big Picture

What this problem is really about

A fair comparison uses the same input, so the five-day column is the anchor in both plan tables. We’ll read the data amount paired with five days for each plan, compare those outputs directly, and subtract the smaller from the larger to measure the difference. Different intermediate day columns do not prevent this matched comparison.
