Problem

A snack stand uses the rule \(4n~+~3~\text{dollars}\). Customer A buys \(5~\text{drinks}\), and Customer B buys \(7~\text{drinks}\). Evaluate the rule for \(\text{both}~\text{customers}\), report \(\text{both}~\text{totals}\), and state the higher-paying customer.

Apply the same cost rule separately to each customer rather than comparing drink counts alone. Substitute each input, multiply by the per-drink amount, and include the fixed charge in both evaluations. Once both dollar totals are complete, compare the outputs and report which customer pays more.
