A level hanger has \(3~\text{identical}~\text{boxes}\) of weight \(x\) plus \(4~\text{unit}~\text{weights}\) on one side and \(19~\text{unit}~\text{weights}\) on the other. Write the represented two-step equation and solve for \(x\).
