Generate and plot ordered pairs from rules, tables, and contexts.

Turn table rows into coordinates

Problem

Translate the \(x-y\) table rows \(1~|~4\), \(2~|~6\), and \(3~|~8\) into the complete list of ordered pairs with \(x\) first and \(y\) second.

Big Picture

What this problem is really about

Each horizontal table row already contains one relationship, so translate rows one at a time instead of reading down the columns. Preserve the column roles by writing the x-entry first and the y-entry second, then move to the next row without mixing values. Counting the finished pairs against the data rows ensures the list is complete.
