Match a story to another form
Problem
A gym charges a \(\$20\) signup fee and then \(\$8~\text{per}~\text{visit}\). Match this story to a representation with the same starting amount and amount added per visit.
Translate the story into a fixed part plus a repeating part. The signup fee is present at zero visits, while the per-visit charge multiplies the visit count; any matching table, graph, or equation must preserve both roles and their units. Checking the zero-visit output and one additional visit quickly exposes swapped or missing quantities.
