Problem

A table maps \(x\)-values \(0\), \(1\), \(2\), \(3\) to \(y\)-values \(5\), \(8\), \(11\), \(14\). Write the equation represented by the table.

To preserve the relationship while changing formats, recover the table’s constant rate and its zero-input output as separate features. Divide matched output and input changes for the coefficient, use the row at x equals zero for the constant term, and assemble rate times input plus start.
