Problem preview
Compute and interpret mean, median, range, and interquartile range in context.
Find every matching center-and-spread representation
The target is a representation where the \(\text{middle}~\text{half}~\text{of}~\text{the}~\text{data}\) spans \(6~\text{units}\). Evaluate candidates A–E, then report the \(\text{complete}~\text{matching}~\text{set}\). For \(\text{each}~\text{raw}~\text{data}~\text{set}\) with an \(\text{even}~\text{number}~\text{of}~\text{values}\), split the data into \(\text{equal}~\text{halves}\) and take \(\text{each}~\text{half}\)'s median for \(Q_{1}\) and \(Q_{3}\).
