Problem

A spinner has \(8~\text{equal}~\text{sections}\): \(3\) red, \(2\) blue, \(2\) green, and \(1\) yellow. Calculate all \(\text{four}~\text{theoretical}~\text{probabilities}\) as simplified fractions.

What this problem is really about

Because all spinner sections are equal, every color probability starts with the total number of sections as its denominator. Use each color's section count as the numerator, reduce each fraction independently, and keep the color labels attached. As a completeness check, the four simplified probabilities should add to one whole spinner.
