Find expected successes for a compound event

Problem

An experiment has \(\text{two}~\text{steps}\). \(\text{First}\), spin a spinner divided into \(5~\text{equal}~\text{sections}\), with \(2~\text{blue}~\text{sections}\). Then draw \(1~\text{tile}\) from a bag of \(4~\text{tiles}\), where \(1~\text{tile}\) is a star. After \(\text{each}~\text{trial}\), put the tile back in the bag so the bag is reset before the \(\text{next}~\text{trial}\). A success means landing on blue and then drawing the star tile. If the experiment is repeated \(60~\text{times}\), about how many successes would you expect?
