A spinner has red, blue, and green results; a coin has heads and tails. List \(\text{every}~\text{ordered}~\text{pair}\) \(\text{once}\) and give the total number of outcomes.

Write every outcome in a consistent order, with the spinner color first and the coin result second. Hold one color fixed while pairing it with heads and tails, then repeat for each remaining color.
