Match and compare words, tables, graphs, and simple equations that represent the same relationship.

Rewrite both forms before comparing

Problem

Representation \(A\) is a table that maps \(x\text{-}\text{values}\) \(0,~1,~2,~3\) to \(y\text{-}\text{values}\) \(5,~9,~13,~17\). Representation \(B\) starts at \(4\) and adds \(4\) for each increase of \(1\) in \(x\). State each relationship's starting value and signed rate, then determine whether they match.
