Problem

A recipe uses a part-to-whole ratio of \(3~\text{cups}~\text{of}~\text{oats}\) to \(5~\text{cups}~\text{of}~\text{total}~\text{mix}\). Evaluate every candidate below against \(\text{oats}:\text{total}~\text{mix}~=~3:5\).

1. Ratio \(6:10\)
2. Ratio \(5:3\)
3. Statement: “Oats make up \(3~\text{out}~\text{of}~\text{every}~5~\text{cups}~\text{of}~\text{mix}\).”
4. Table: \(\text{oats}~3,~\text{total}~5\); \(\text{oats}~9,~\text{total}~15\); \(\text{oats}~12,~\text{total}~20\)
5. Diagram description: a bar split into \(5~\text{equal}~\text{parts}\), with \(3~\text{parts}\) labeled oats
6. Statement: “In a \(10\text{-}\text{cup}\) batch, \(6~\text{cups}\) are oats and \(4~\text{cups}\) are other ingredients.”

Include every candidate with the same part-to-whole ratio.
